Shipping policy

This policy constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service. It is not possible to complete any purchase on this website without first acknowledging and agreeing to these terms by selecting the checkbox confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted all associated policies.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order tracking information has been allocated.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

International Shipping
We do not offer International purchases or shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Goods Lost In Transit
Once your order is handed over to the courier company, it is no longer under our control. The responsibility for delivery rests solely with the courier company. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost while in their care, or stolen after delivery, we cannot accept liability for the issue and your enquiry needs to be directed to the courier company.
