This policy constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service. It is not possible to complete any purchase on this website without first acknowledging and agreeing to these terms by selecting the checkbox confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted all associated policies.
We want you to love your MagTag® purchase. That's why MagTag® products are protected by a 5-year and 1-year replacement warranty.
Warranty

MagTag® Global Micro Tracker is protected by a 5-year warranty, all other products, 1-year.

To be eligible for warranty replacement / refund your product need to be returned for inspection.

If you return your device under warranty and no fault is evident, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, device incompatibility, or user error, and are not obligated to do so under Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

To start a return, please contact us HERE with your order number and details. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Banks can take 5–10 business days to credit your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We replace or refund items if they become defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us HERE.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
